Rachel Cyrulnik, MPA draws upon a decade experience in nonprofit management, specializing in business development and organizational growth. She serves as Strategic Development Director for ALTRUCITY Inc.
Prior to that, as the inaugural development officer at Yeshiva University’s Institute for University – School Partnership, Rachel led the establishment of the organization’s development plan, funding model, and associated operations. In addition to doubling campaign contributions from individuals each year, she was responsible for securing and stewarding millions of grant dollars from national and local foundations.
She has a current knowledge of trends in day school education, and her writings on philanthropy and education have been published in professional journals and blogs, including Nonprofit Quarterly and eJewish Philanthropy.

Jonah Halper, MPA specializes in new donor aquisition and is the Managing Director of ALTRUICITY Inc.
He has extensive on-the-ground experience helping day schools build capacity, engaging their leadership and raising funds to support their existing operations as well as new projects.
Jonah has helped change board culture, where board members understand and act on their critical roles in the development process. Jonah has also helped schools set up robust alumni networks and creative fundraising campaigns, inspiring alumni to reconnect and support their alma maters.

Talia Haykin has more than ten years in marketing and public relations supporting a variety of campaigns, including annual funds, capital projects and crowd funding initiatives. Her roles and responsibilities include direct brand management, art & design, media relations, corporate positioning, social media and online
philanthropy. She has also been called upon to provide crisis and emergency communications, most recently on behalf of the Kansas City Jewish Community Center from the hate crime perpetrated there this past April.
